David S. Melnik Chief Executive Officer
As the founder and CEO of Kinetics, Inc., Mr. Melnik helped to completely
transform the way we travel, purchase, and check-in to flights today.
Competing against multi- billion dollar international companies
– his organization succeeded in changing an industry's mindset
with innovative products and services. When he sold Kinetics to
NCR, the company commanded nearly 85% of the US market processing
over 200 million passengers per year at virtually every airport
in the country. Many equate the self-service transformation of the
airlines to being as significant as the impact of ATMs in banking.
His work helped validate the many self-service checkout and print
at home transactional solutions in use today.
David brings a unique background in transforming industries using technology and innovation to ATF. He is well-known for his accomplishments as the founder and CEO of Kinetics, Inc., which is credited with transforming the way airlines do business by introducing the kiosk self-service technology that has become ubiquitous in today’s travel industry.
Our innovative technology platform is used to address critical needs and to reinvent the fundraising and childrens’ physical fitness industry with innovative solutions.

Jim Taylor Executive Director
Professionally, Mr. Taylor was the founder and President of Jet Sports advocating the importance of physicalexercise for boys and girls of all skill levels. For twelve years his passion for youth wellness has allowed thousands of elementary children to participate in sports. He is widely recognized as a tenacious health advocate, advancing the needs of children who would otherwise never experience the joys and lessons of organized team programs.
Mr. Taylor is an active leader in his community where he sits on the Parks & Recreation advisory board and works with local businesses to bring programs to our children. His extensive work in fitness and youth programs has earned him certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association, International Fitness Professionals Association, National Alliance for Youth Sports, National Youth Sports Coaches Association, National Council of Youth Sports, and as a NCYS Certified Sports Administrator. Additionally Mr. Taylor has received personal recognition from the United States Navy for his work with military children.
He has also worked
for national and local television networks such as TNN, Nickelodeon,
Fox Sports, HSN,
Sunshine Network. He recently worked
for World Wrestling Entertainment
as a television announcer.
Marc Loyd Creative Director
Mr. Loyd graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Communication. Mr. Loyd is well known throughout the country as a Radio and TV personality. He hosted a drive time sports talk show in Florida for over 7 years. He has also worked for national and local television networks such as TNN, Nickelodeon, Fox Sports, HSN, Sunshine Network. He recently worked for World Wrestling Entertainment as a television announcer.
Mr. Loyd’s passion for health stems from his own active lifestyle. He is an accomplished Runner and Triathlete competing in Half Ironman distances. Mr. Loyd has help raise money through athletics for the Boys and Girls club, New Hope for Kids, and many other charities.

Florida in July 2000 he has been involved with many charities
and currently sits on the boards of New
Hope for Kids and Touch Your World.
Dominic Nori
Mr. Nori graduated with degrees in Economics and Political Science
in 1984 from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison NJ. He then
worked at a municipal bond retailer in sales, trading and management
until 1990. Mr. Nori and two partners then opened the New York based
securities brokerage firm Nori, Hennion, Walsh Inc.
Mr. Nori currently owns a financial advisory firm (Private Wealth
Management) in Lake Mary Fl. Since moving to Florida in July 2000
he has been involved with many charities and currently sits on the
boards of New Hope for Kids and Touch Your World. Among his initiatives
in Seminole County is the annual Fall Classic 5k run which has raised
hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past five years to benefit
local children’s charities.
Mr. Nori has been involved in charitable endeavors for over a decade.
He is married with three daughters and enjoys spending time with
his family, skiing, fishing, scuba diving, and training for triathlons.
Mario Fidanzi
As Vice President of Operations with Scholastic Book Fairs a $500 million business, Mario provided leadership for an 85-location national distribution network serving 60 thousand schools and 30 million children and parents. He created a strategic plan to reduce the annual expense base over $22 million and enable doubling the business.
As Senior Vice President with Rand McNally he was active in the Publishing, Book Manufacturing, Airline Ticket, Software and Retail businesses. He expanded capability, formed Strategic Alliances, Joint Ventures and launched new businesses in the United States, Europe, Mexico and South America.
Mario Fidanzi is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur in General Management, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Business Development. He has directed strategic corporate assessments and restructuring initiatives. His teams launched new businesses that became recognized industry leaders and secured the largest contracts of their type in the world.
